hussain mazhar arabic the only language for middle east - Office 365 Home Edition
i live in Bahrain and do not speak or understand Arabic. Tried to renew my Office 365 Home Edition yesterday but the site appears only in Arabic and does not provide any option for English. It is preposterous of Microsoft to assume that everyone living in the Middle east only speaks ARABIC. Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and Qatar have more English speakers than Arabic. Then when i got connected to the contact centre, they asked me for my credit card details to assist me to renew my subscription over phone. Thats against PCI regulations. Why should i give anyone my credit card details without having any proof that the contact centre is actually from Microsoft and not a hacker scam. All of this to renew a software subscription in which i am PAYING microsoft. How dumb and arrogant can you be?
